I provide reliable professional boat delivery servicein the shortest possible time. You can be 100% confident that your boat is in safe hands. Safety is always priority one. I provide my own GPS, handheld VHF radio, and all required charts. Your boat will be kept clean and well maintained.

We  focus on the East Coast, Bahamas, Caribbean.  Our primary center of operations is located in Florida, Georgia, Carolinas and the Abacos.

We deliver all sized sailing and motor vessels on the water under their own power. They can be privately owned, commercial or charter vessels and we deliver for yacht brokers and new boat owners. We specialize in moving boats from south Florida to the northeastern US, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. We deliver boats for owners who are too busy to make the trip, don’t care to make the trip alone or would like professional assistance because the trip is to windward.

We suggest that you have the engines serviced before the delivery captain arrives at the boat. All filters should be changed, belts should be checked for excessive wear and replaced if necessary. Spare filters should be placed aboard. If impellers are more than a year old, they should be replaced. The bottom of the boat should be cleaned and the fuel tanks topped off. I suggest that with today’s fuel prices, it will be more economical to have the tanks topped off with delivered fuel since it is usually less expensive than purchasing it at a marina.

Fees are straight forward. The Captains fee is $150 per day and the mate gets $100 per day, if you prefer a quote by the mile just ask. Therefore, the daily fee is $250 plus  food and travel to and from the boat for two people and all boat delivery expenses such as fuel and dockage.  You will receive a written estimate including how many days are expected, this is a firm price with no suprises at the end.  We are located in the Abacos so delivery travel is less.  Owners are expected to supply all CG required safety equipment and to carry insurance on their vessels. Existing insurance usually covers a licensed boat delivery captain but be sure to check with your agent.  I hold USCG license. Documentation and/or state registration should be aboard with a letter appointing The Captain as the owner's agent. Many times, the boat delivery is also a shakedown cruise, therefore during the voyage, I will provide you with updates as necessary and a post boat delivery report from notes made while underway. This report is very helpful since it points out areas that need your attention.

We also offer sail training for new catamaran owners, just to help orient them to their new boat.
