Richard and Terry are happy to have you aboard the luxury catamaran Sea Devil. They are a fun loving couple who love to entertain, and look forward making sure their guest have the best vacation ever.

Richard and Terry were married in 1998 and started sailing together almost immediately. Their first boat was a 30 foot C & C racing sloop which they sailed as much as possible. They sail on charter boats in the Bahamas and Virgin Islands, and still could not get enough. So in 2004 they sold everything and started sailing and chartering full time.

Richard started sail at age 4, and progressed thru larger and larger boats, until he ended up on a 300 foot submarine (Sea Devil SSN-664). After 13 years he decided to settle in Charleston and entered the Real Estate Industry. Charleston provided him with plenty of water to sail in, with side trips to the Bahamas. Richard obtained his United States Coast Guard License (6-pack), and later obtained a 50-ton United States Coast Guard Masters License. Richard is also a certified SSI/PADI Diver, and looks forward diving.

Terry, your chef and first mate, is from the Carolinas. She grew up learning to cook fine Southern Cuisine. When Richard introduced her to sailing, life was never the same. She began sailing in Charleston on the weekends with summer trips to the Bahamas and Caribbean when time permitted. During her years sailing in the Bahamas, she developed a love for local cooking and enjoys mixing Southern, Caribbean and Bahamian cuisine.

Richard and Terry have 6 children and 9 grandchildren, and are use to entertaining a large number of people. Dinner in their home could have been, dinner for 2 or dinner for 20.
